Turmeric

is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties mainly used in Indian dishes .The main component of Turmeric is Curcumin. This is what gives Turmeric its bright yellow hue. It contains powerful antioxidants, and is antibacterial and great for gut health.  Turmeric and Curcumin have been used in studies improving immune health, arthritis, liver function, diabetes, crohn’s and IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease).
This Bulletproof Turmeric Latte is a great way to start your day off with all the nourishing ingredients from the Turmeric and good fats from the brain octane and coconut milk gives you a good energy boost, helps you stay focused and stops those sugar cravings.
Because this is quite a high fat dose drink, and everyone processes fat differently throughout the body I’d suggest leaving out the butter and start with a small amount of the brain octane 1-2tsp then work your way up.  See how you feel and increase your dosage over a few weeks.
