Kumara Breakfast Egg Muffins

    These are so easy and only require 3 ingredients. Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry Tart

FOR THE BASE 3 cups blanched almond meal/flour ½ cup raw cacao powder (Big Tree) 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ cup coconut oil melted (Pure Coco) 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup Pinch of salt FOR THE FILLING 250g Dark Chocolate, finely chopped. 1 cup coconut cream (1 full can Ayam ) ½ cup fruit-sweetened raspberry jam (St Dalfour which is sweetened with dates and is gluten and preservative free) freeze dried raspberries ( Fresh As) raw hazelnuts ,chopped and slightly toasted in the oven   the METHOD MAKE THE BASE In large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Chia Pudding

  This is packed full of good fats, good nuts, & protein. Great as a breakfast, post workout or guilt free dessert. Warning! It taste bloody delicious and doesn’t even contain any added sugar! Ingredients/Method: Mix the below in a glass jar until all combined, allow it to sit for 1 hour (or overnight)… Then stir and transfer to a bowl. 2 tbs chia or basil seeds 1 cup coconut milk 1tsp Maca Powder (optional) 1 tbs Bulletproof Upgraded Chocolate powder 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder  Once transferred to a bowl top with the following Chopped Almonds Chopped Hazelnuts Desiccated Coconut Frozen blueberries Apple slices   ENJOY!
