Warm up this winter with this easy low carb Chicken Vegetable Soup

  This is something i just whipped together for my lunch today. I've had a pot of chicken broth simmering away for the last 24 hours, and knew i had some cooked chicken breast in the fridge, chucked in some broccoli and cauliflower and bang lunch is severed! This is a low carb version but you can add other vegetables or starch like Kumara.
