Kid approved ... Chicken and Pumpkin soup with a touch of Ginger.

This has to be one of the tastiest and easiest recipes ever. Just chuck it all in a crockpot and leave it to cook while you go about your day.  This works well for us with both of us working and we have little mouths to feed.  So this works perfectly with our schedules.  Nothing better than coming home and dinner is already cooked! This meal is Paleo Friendly, Gluten Free and Dairy free. It is reasonably low carb even though it has pumpkin it is minimal. Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory spice (there pretty much isn’t a meal where I don’t use it). And Ginger gives it a kick plus helps aid digestion.    *Feel free to add more...

Warm up this winter with this easy low carb Chicken Vegetable Soup

  This is something i just whipped together for my lunch today. I've had a pot of chicken broth simmering away for the last 24 hours, and knew i had some cooked chicken breast in the fridge, chucked in some broccoli and cauliflower and bang lunch is severed! This is a low carb version but you can add other vegetables or starch like Kumara. I find with that amount of chicken it fills me up so no need for the carbs today.  P.S as i mentioned above i used a home made broth , but you can use store bought i would recommend The Essential Broth Co  Ingredients: 2 cups chicken broth  1 large floret of Broccoli and Cauliflower 1 large...
