This is packed full of good fats, good nuts, & protein. Great as breakfast, post-workout or guilt-free dessert. Warning! It tastes bloody delicious and doesn’t even contain any added sugar!
Ingredients/Method:
Mix the below in a glass jar until all combined, allow it to sit for 1 hour (or overnight)… Then stir and transfer to a bowl.
- 2 tbs chia or basil seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1tsp Maca Powder (optional)
- 1 tbs Bulletproof Upgraded Chocolate powder
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
Once transferred to a bowl top with the following
- Chopped Almonds
- Chopped Hazelnuts
- Desiccated Coconut
- Frozen blueberries
- Apple slices
